Can I order a custom-fit ramp frame at a later date?
You are welcome to order a ramp frame at a later date. The execution is in aluminium; it is shipped in four individual parts to be screwed together.

What options for theft protection are available for entrance mats?
Our high-quality doormats can sometimes become the object of an “I’ll just take you with me” fantasy outside your house or office door.
Upon request, we can provide the aluminium profiles with holes – for screwing into the subfloor.
We can also equip the stainless steel ramp frames with tabs including holes upon request. Please ask our customer service for details.
How long does my order take?
Delivery time from order approx. 10 working days. Our doormats are delivered via DPD parcel service. Orders with oversize or more than 31.5 kg are delivered via a forwarding agent. Installation frames can be delivered within 2 working days via express delivery. Please transfer payment in good time so that we can deliver without delay.
What is a leveling mat?
A leveling mat optimizes the height of your doormat within an existing installation frame; it is placed underneath the doormat.
The height of the doormat does not fit into my existing installation frame!
A height difference of ± 2 mm is permissible. For larger deviations, we can offer you leveling mats made of rubber granulate with a height of 3 or 5 mm respectively.

How can I create my own quote as a PDF?
- Select your desired doormat
- Enter the profile length, walking direction, height & select a frame
- Add the product to the “shopping cart”
- The shopping cart is located at the top right of the menu bar
- In the shopping cart, please press the button “Proceed to checkout / Quote”
- Then you will see a blue button on the right saying “Print quote”
- For a quote, you do not need to enter any information into the text fields; just click the button & print or create a PDF for further use.
What do I need a leveling mat for?
A leveling mat is currently only available in a height of 5 mm.
This is a rubber granulate mat that is required if the height of our doormat does not optimally fill the height of your existing installation frame. The leveling mat is then placed under the doormat so that the doormat and the floor are flush. A height difference of ± 2 mm is permissible.

For orders from outside Austria – but within the EU – we do not charge VAT upon entry of a valid VAT number (intra-Community acquisition).
This will be shown on your invoice as a net amount after completion of the order.
Ordering process

- Please state the height.
- We also offer leveling mats made of rubber granulate to optimize the height.
- Our dimensions always refer to the size of the doormat. Installation frames or ramp frames are subsequently adapted to the doormat.
- For the installation, 10 mm each must be planned for the length and width of an installation frame – and 60 or 80 mm respectively for a ramp frame.

- The shipping costs change from a weight of 31 kg or a bar length exceeding 1.65 m.

What terms of payment apply to the order?
We ask our customers to pay first before we start production and cut your doormat to size.
For corporate customers with an invoicing system and a VAT number, we also offer purchase on account.
Special shapes
Creating a sketch or template from hard PVC:
Please measure all lengths in mm.
Mark all right angles – including all diagonals to determine or check the angles.
Mark all cutouts (e.g., door closers).
Mark the walking direction.
Draw in the normals (a normal is at a right angle to one side).

We calculate based on the total area of the rectangle enclosing the special shape, plus 15% for increased labor.
Driveability of entrance mats with motor vehicles
For a mat that can be driven over by car or pallet jack, we recommend our model “Aluminium profile extra” or “Aluminium profile extra thin” (these can withstand loads up to 3000 kg).
End caps
Our doormats have external end caps on both sides of the walking direction in heights of 22 and 27 mm.
This is included in the overall dimensions. That means the actual size of the doormat in the walking direction is then approx. 2-3 mm shorter – but a minimum clearance is necessary so that dirt can fall in and because materials may expand in summer.
We additionally recommend a gap of 2-3 mm on all sides so that the doormat can easily be removed, as dirt sometimes needs to be swept out from underneath.
Are there discounts for large volume buyers and dealers?
Please call us – if you order from us frequently, we will be happy to arrange special conditions.
In general, we sell our products only to end consumers and do not maintain separate price lists for resellers.
However, we always offer an optimal price, and for larger orders, a volume discount is automatically deducted.
Gaps
Gaps for doormats – installation system:
The gap between the doormat and the surrounding installation frame should be 2-3 mm, so that the mat can easily be rolled in and out.
Standard doormats monogram series made of stainless steel:
The gap between the stainless steel bars is 15 mm.
Aluminium profile doormats:
The gap between the aluminium profiles is between 5 and 7 mm, which is determined by the length in the walking direction.
Gaps for Aluminium profile Extra:
The gap between the aluminium profiles is 7 mm. For this doormat, the beginning and end in the walking direction are leveled with a black plastic filler.
Gaps for Aluminium profile rubber strips:
The gap between the rubber strips is approx. 26 mm, depending on the length in the walking direction.

How often should the doormat be cleaned?
Regular cleaning guarantees that the doormat optimally removes dirt from shoe soles.
Textile surfaces should be vacuumed daily.
Aluminium profile mats approx. 2 x/month, depending on traffic; to clean, roll up the mat and remove the dirt underneath.

Standard products have a delivery time of approx. 3 working days.
Custom dimensions have a delivery time of approx. 14 working days within Austria.
Custom dimensions delivered outside of Austria generally take about 3-5 weeks.
For shipping, we also require your telephone number so that your delivery agent can contact you upon delivery.

Terms and conditions of sale
Our prices apply to all rectangular mats.
It must be ensured that the subfloor is level. Taking structural measurements, carrying and installing are to be carried out on site.
We are not liable for damage and any possible complaints arising from installation on uneven subfloors.
The mats are not self-supporting.
A return is only possible for our standard mats made of aluminium profile or rubber strips.
Difference: Installation frame – ramp frame
An installation frame is embedded into the floor and makes it possible to place the doormat flush with the flooring. Height and exact external dimensions must be defined beforehand.
A ramp frame is required when a doormat is placed onto an existing floor.
When is a doormat divided?
The mat division for extra large doormats is carried out according to factory standards.
A doormat should weigh a maximum of 40 kg so that handling and cleaning are easier.

Why is a rectangular shape so important?
A rectangular doormat is the easiest to roll up – allowing you to quickly sweep out any dirt underneath. A rectangular doormat is the simplest to manufacture and therefore more affordable than a custom shape!
Even if the space in front of your door has some cutouts, you can always place the doormat as a rectangle – just leave a small gap to the door or wall.
Should I pay right away?
We only start production once payment is received. Therefore, the sooner you pay, the faster your doormat will be ready. Especially with express frames, time is a crucial factor.
Why is the stainless steel ramp frame only available in a 22 mm height?
We originally had the stainless steel sheet metal bent for a ramp frame specifically for our Stainless Steel Monogram Series. These mats are 20 mm high, and the ramp frame is designed with a corresponding height.
